John Di Rico began translating in 2005 and his company (ApexTra) specializes in translating marketing copy for the legal, financial, and information technology industries. He currently works as the Sales and Marketing Manager for Wordfast. He is a member of the French translation professional association (Société Française des Traducteurs) and has a MA in Translation and Localization Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.

Since 2006, John has taught more than 500 translators how to use CAT tools, how to manage their time, and how to manage translation projects. John currently teaches project management for the online Master in Technical Communication and Localization (TCLoc) program at the University of Strasbourg.
